Metal Gear Wheel
A large steel gear fills the frame at an angle, its brushed surface fanning out in fine radial lines toward sharp-cut teeth. Scratches and a jeweled bearing give it a heavy, precise, industrial character.

About this wallpaper
The gear dominates from upper right to center, teeth biting along its edge and polished lines radiating across the metal. A small purple jewel bearing sits in the lower left near the axle. The worn steel texture is the whole point.
On the home screen
The area near the axle in the lower left is calmer, so icons placed there avoid the gear teeth.
On the lock screen
The top is mid-bright brushed metal, so a white clock shows up well.
Colors and mood
Grays and silvers of scratched steel, with a tiny purple jewel accent, weighty and mechanical.
