Seen from above, painted hands reach into a watercolor of a descending staircase, blending real fingers into the artwork. The clever trompe-l'oeil illusion makes a playful, creative scene.

About this wallpaper
A sketchbook on a wooden desk shows a painting of a receding rectangular staircase, with several hands rendered reaching down into it. A real hand at the right holds a brush, and paint palettes, sponges, and tubes sit around the page. The blend of painted and photographed hands creates a striking optical trick.
On the home screen
The plain wooden desktop around the sketchbook gives even space for icons.
On the lock screen
The top is a light wood-and-paper tone, so a dark clock reads best.
Colors and mood
Warm wood tones and paper cream with muted paint colors give an earthy, artistic mood.
