Who is responsible
This site is run by mmStudio (Japan), which is responsible for the processing described below. Contact: contact page (t@t-i.to). We will tell you the name of the person responsible and our address without delay if you ask.
What we collect and why
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, your approximate region, a cookie identifier and actions such as downloads, favorites and shares. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- Download counts: when you press "Download HD" we count it per wallpaper, route and language, per day. To avoid counting the same click twice, a one-way hash derived from your IP address is kept for up to 24 hours; the IP address itself is not stored.
- Data on your device: your favorites, exploration history, cookie choice and whether you have seen the introductory guide are kept in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to our server, and you can erase them with your browser's data-clearing tools.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may record standard access logs (IP address, time, browser information) for stable operation and abuse prevention.
- Messages: if you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Cookies and consent
This site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (kept for up to 2 years). If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics stays off until you agree, and we only measure after you accept. Change your cookie choice.
Legal basis and retention (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Analytics is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the link above. Download counts and server logs are based on our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics (up to 14 months). Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and in the EEA, UK and Switzerland you can also object to or restrict processing, ask for portability and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD). Contact us through the contact page.
