About this wallpaper
Hiroshige's bird-and-flower print "Black-naped Oriole on a Flowering Crabapple", cropped from the Cleveland Museum of Art's impression. The original is a tall sheet, so the 9:16 crop keeps the composition nearly intact: a crabapple branch crosses the sheet diagonally in pink blossom, and an oriole with yellow body and black wings perches on it. The ground is plain off-white with a poem inscribed at the top.
On the home screen
The branch runs diagonally and the lower part and top corners are plain, so icons at the bottom leave the blossom and bird visible.
On the lock screen
The top is bright off-white ground, so a white clock is harder to read.
Colors and mood
Pink blossom, a yellow-and-black bird and brown branches on an off-white ground.
