About this wallpaper
An Artemis II photograph from NASA's image library (art002e012588, taken 7 April 2026), cropped to 9:16 along the band of the Milky Way. NASA titled it Starstruck, and its caption notes that the galaxy's spiral structure is dominated by two arms wrapping off the ends of a central bar of stars, spans more than 100,000 light-years, and holds Earth along one of those arms about halfway out from the center. Countless stars spread as a diagonal band from upper right to lower left, with a pale pink nebula at upper right and dark dust lanes at lower right. Credit NASA; public domain.
On the home screen
The band of stars runs diagonally from upper right to lower left, and the upper left and lower right are darker sky. Icon labels get a little hard to read; the darker corners read best.
On the lock screen
The top is dark, star-scattered sky and a white clock reads well, though the nebula at upper right is a little brighter.
Colors and mood
A gray-to-white band of stars, a pale pink nebula and black space.
